Penn State Athletics
In the fall of my junior year, I was granted the opportunity to work a lot around Penn State sports. I became a student reporter for Penn State football's Unrivaled Pregame Show -- an hour-long livestream every gameday that reached an audience of over 2 million viewers in the 2020 season. This work continued into my senior year, where I also served as an emcee for athletics and as a sports anchor for our student news program.
Jim Nantz Reel
A showcase of some of my best work from senior year (both live and pre-recorded) that earned me an Honorable Mention amongst collegiate sportscasters from the Sportscasters Talent Agency of America.
Blue-White Game Emcee
My senior year, I was on the Beaver Stadium sidelines interviewing former players every week. The Blue-White Game was host to plenty of returning alumni, so I got to do a couple jumbotron hits with some PSU legends.
Micah Shrewsberry Interview

I caught up with Penn State men's basketball head coach Micah Shrewsberry just days before his first game coaching the Nittany Lions.

The Philly Minute

I was recently approached by one of the main people running Barstool Philly to produce a series of short videos where I provide commentary on the latest news in Philly sports. I've since made 2-3 videos a week for the brand, and it has been such a beneficial way of getting reps on camera.
WCBD News 2
After my freshman year at Penn State, I was fortunate enough to obtain an internship with the NBC affiliate station in Charleston. During my ten weeks in the program, I worked exclusively with the station's two sportscasters. I shadowed them on a daily basis, accompanied them at all local sporting events, helped them with research and story ideas, and contributed to filming/editing highlights and packages.
Mock Sportscasts
On a few occasions, I was given the opportunity to practice anchoring a sportscast in the news studio. This is one that I recorded for my reel.
Feature Packages
I would always edit a recap package after we shot an event in the area. This package, specifically, revolves around Khris Middleton's homecoming.
Montage/Compilation
One of the biggest topics of discussion I had with the station's two sportscasters was regarding the importance of a reel. While this is not in any way a reel, my two mentors thought it prudent for me to have a compilation of the best clips from my limited camera time.
